I was in the States at the time George Graham was manager and I knew Paul Merson had some substance problems but I never knew how good a player he was, definitely a "Football Maverick"

I know a lot of Arsenal fans who have been supporting them for decades.

I know almost no Chelsea fans you can say that about. Tottenham fans are far more wanky and deluded. Southern Man Utd/City/Liverpool fans are cunts.

I dislike fans of all the above clubs before I get to Arsenal fans.

Except they still won stuff.
Arsenal fans don't bother me much....but I reallly REALLY hate Paul Merson and Charlie Nicholas. What a pair of bollocking knob ends they really are....makes my piss boil.

They did have George Graham though which would register high on the tediometer.

Arsenal have without doubt got the most wanky fans in the world.

Re: Truly, madly, wembley BBC3
Fucking right. Monk~ee boy, given that his team is Arsenal.

God, I hate them!! The fans mainly. They're not real football fans. They've never SUFFERED. That's the acid test of football fannery.

And you can have that new word for free.

Was this on last night? I watched a thing about Bob Monkhouse. Very good it was too.

A clear violation of your human rights, Ron. Talking about his football team is a heinous thing to do.

Re: Truly, madly, wembley BBC3
I haven't seen it, nor would I want to.

Arsenal fans repulse me. I use to have a manager that was an Arsenal fan. One day he told me that "Every time I come to speak to you, I get the impression you want me to go away"

The fact that I had a family to feed prevented me from verbalising the thought "Of course I want you to go away, because sooner or later you'll fucking start talking about ARSENAL!".

The only reply to your thread, norman, is one of sympathy from me. I never watched said programme either.
